Welcome to Tastique! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tastique. Tastique operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Tastique is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Tastique offers food and beverage products, many of which are perishable. We strive to present accurate descriptions and images, but please note:

Colors, textures, and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, and natural variations in food products.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
We may discontinue or limit products at any time.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products will meet your personal expectations.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Tastique reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges (see Refund Policy below). Please review your order carefully before checkout.

If your order cannot be fulfilled or must be canceled, we will contact you using the information you provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own household or personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You also agree to promptly update account and payment details so transactions can be completed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & BORDER DELAYS

We carefully package and ship all products using dry ice and expedited shipping to maintain quality. However:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tastique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Customers are solely responsible for customs clearance and release of their shipment in their country.
Due to territorial regulations, border laws, and inspections, shipments may experience delays. Tastique cannot accept returns or issue refunds for defects caused by delays at borders, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY (No Refunds / No Exchanges)

Due to the perishable nature of food products, Tastique has a strict No Refunds / No Exchanges policy. All sales are final once an order is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately at info@tastique.ca with order details and photos. We will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or alternative resolution.

We cannot accept returns for reasons of taste preference, product appearance variations, or improper storage/handling after delivery.

Gift cards and sale items are strictly non-refundable.
